COURSE DESCRIPTION
The Construction Process Management (CPM) course is an intensive one-week remote course in which trainees will be asked to commit nine hours per day for the duration of the course. Japan’s skilled Self-Defense Force’s instructors will use Zoom from Tokyo to provide lessons to trainees. The training will be in English.
The course objective of the CPM course is to develop the management skills to determine construction schedules, monitor daily progress, and prevent or address problems in construction through the development and utilization of process charts – such as bar chart.
