FILMING IN PALAIS DES NATIONS
As the room where the meeting will take place can become quite crowded, persons taking pictures or videos should limit their movement around the room and avoid filming up-close or behind the committee members. If the room is too full you will need to remain in one or two positions and to possibly use a tripod.
Filming will be facilitated as much as feasible but the smooth running of the sessions must take precedence.
As the meeting is public, the committee members and the members of the delegation can be filmed. However, if you wish to film anyone apart from the Committee Members, you must get their personal consent, by following accepted journalistic practice.
