This registration portal is for:
- Representatives of participating Member States;
- Intergovernmental organizations and entities that have observer status with the General Assembly (GA);
- Non-governmental organizations enjoying consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC);
- All organizations formally granted accreditation to INC Tax as listed in document A/AC.298/CRP.18, available at the bottom of this page and on the Committee website;
- All organizations which are included in draft decision A/AC.298/CRP.19, available at the bottom of this page and on the Committee website; and
- Relevant organizations and bodies of the United Nations system.
Registration for the Third Session opens from Friday, 17 October 2025 and will close on Friday, 31 October 2025 (11:59 PM EDT).

- Registration does not guarantee participation. A receipt email will be sent to your inbox when registration is submitted. Upon approval by the Secretariat, an approval letter with a QR code and instructions on how to pick up your badge will be sent to your email.
