On 27 September 2019, the General Assembly will hold a One-day High-level Review of the progress made in addressing the priorities of small island developing States (SIDS) through the implementation of the SAMOA Pathway. The General Assembly has decided that the high-level review will result in a concise action oriented and inter-governmentally agreed political declaration. 

Relevant major groups organizations that are not currently accredited by ECOSOC or that have not been accredited to participate in the listed conferences below must Apply for special-accreditation HERE

Please Note:

  1.  Accreditation is mandatory to enable individual registration for the High-Level Mid-Term Review Meeting.
  2. Accreditation request must be made ONLY on behalf of organizations or institutions and NOT as individuals. 
  3. Applying for accreditation requires important information on organizations such as annual report, by-laws and motivation letter.  
  4. Organizations may register their interest in receivinging special-accreditation on this site through 19 June 2019.
  5. Once decisions on accreditation have been taken, a list of organizations will be available on this UN website:  https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/sids/samoareview
  6. Following this announcement, individuals representatives of accredited organizations will be able to register through a new portal.
