The meeting is organized by ESCWA in partnership with MBRSG, and it aims to facilitate the development of national digital development reports through supporting the efforts of the focal points nominated by countries participating in the preparation of the 2019 Arab Digital Development Report (ADDR).
The preparation of national reports is based on a guiding template covering the national policies, initiatives, plans and measurement methods in the areas of digital development. The template links between the WSIS action lines and the sustainable development goals (SDGs) and includes the UN member states questionnaire on e-government survey.
