The meetings will take place in Palais Wilson, 1st floor conference room.

Please note that access to the Palais des Nations and Palais Wilson premises is not authorized for any person who:

  • within the 5 days prior has been staying in the same household as a COVID-19 positive person,
  • within the 10 days prior has tested positive for COVID-19,
  • has any cold-, flu- or COVID-19 like symptoms, however mild (even after a negative COVID-19 test result).

In order to collect your badge, please bring the confirmation of registration which includes the QR code, with a valid ID bearing a photograph, and appear in person at the United Nations Pass and Identification Unit, Pregny Gate, United Nations Office at Geneva, Avenue de la Paix 8-14, Geneva, Switzerland. The office hours are 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.

Visas: All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements relating to travel and accommodations as well as visas to enter Switzerland. OHCHR does not provide assistance in this regard and is not in a position to provide letters to the authorities of Switzerland for purposes of obtaining visas for observers.
