The meetings will take place:

  • From 8 to 16 November - in Palais Wilson, 1st floor conference room
  • From 17 November to 3 December - in Palais des Nations, room XXIII

Due to COVID-19, meeting participants who within the last 14 days have been in close contact with a person testing positive for COVID-19, may only join meetings remotely and not in person. In this case or if you have any cold- or flu-type symptoms, however mild, access to the Palais des Nations is not authorized.

In order to collect your badge, please bring the confirmation of registration which includes the QR code, with a valid ID bearing a photograph, and appear in person on the day of the meeting at the United Nations Pass and Identification Unit, Pregny Gate, United Nations Office at Geneva, Avenue de la Paix 8-14, Geneva, Switzerland. The office hours are 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.

Visas: All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements relating to travel and accommodations as well as visas to enter Switzerland. OHCHR does not provide assistance in this regard and is not in a position to provide letters to the authorities of Switzerland for purposes of obtaining visas for observers.
