Election, in accordance with articles 7 and 9 of the Optional Protocol to the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, of thirteen members of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture to replace those whose terms are due to expire on 31 December 2018.
