Validation Workshop - Reinforcement Training Package on the Prevention and Response to Conflict-Related Sexual Violence for Military and Police Personnel

The Validation Workshop provides the formal quality assurance process for the Reinforcement Training Package (RTP) on Conflict-Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) for Uniformed Personnel of UN Peacekeeping Operations. Through pilot delivery and structured technical review, it will confirm that the package is suitable for implementation by Member States and identify any amendments required before finalisation. The Validation Workshop aims to provide a structured technical review of the third draft RTP to determine whether the package is technically accurate, operationally relevant, instructionally sound, aligned with current UN policy, doctrine and training standards, and suitable for implementation by Member States. The workshop will validate both the content and instructional approach of the RTP, confirm elements suitable for retention, identify areas requiring refinement and develop agreed recommendations to support preparation of the fourth and final draft.
