19th session of the UN Forum on Minority Issues

All participants must register on this page to obtain accreditation to participate in the Forum and the Pre-Forum Day and to have in-person access to the Palais des Nations in Geneva. This requirement also applies to delegates who already hold an access badge for the Palais des Nations.

In order to facilitate broad and equitable participation, participating organizations/entities are encouraged to limit the size of their delegations to a few representatives. 

Registration closes on 15 November 2026 at 23:59 (Geneva time CET). Late applications will not be accepted. 

You must create a profile and complete the registration form here, on Indico. Once you filled the registration form, you will receive an automatic confirmation and a QR code by email. The QR code will be scanned by UN Security upon arrival to activate an accreditation badge.

Please note that the registration form also includes a short section on your travel to Geneva as part of OHCHR’s NetZero Initiative, which aims to better understand the environmental impact of travel related to international conferences. Please complete this section as part of your registration.

For your information, at a later stage, each participating organization/entity may designate one of its registered representatives to deliver one oral statement in one of the three Forum Panels. The designated representative will need to register on the List of Speakers separately on another online platform, which will be open from 16 to 22 November 2026. Further details about this process will be available on the webpage of the Forum.
