UNOG Digital Badging System
Conference participants will receive a digital badge that includes their photo, a QR code, and the conference name and dates. The badge will be sent by email once accreditation has been approved by the conference organizer. After downloading it to a mobile phone or other mobile device, participants can use the digital badge for faster access to the Palais des Nations, avoiding the time required to issue a physical badge. The digital badge may also be printed, and the QR code will function in the same way.
To activate the badge, participants must present the digital badge received by email together with an official identity document (passport) at the Pass and Identification Unit in Geneva, located at the Pregny Gate.
