The tenth session of the Conference of Parties (COP10) to the International Convention against Doping in Sport will convene from 20-22 October 2025 at Room I, UNESCO Headquarters, Paris. All States Parties to the Convention, notably representatives from the Ministries responsible for the implementation of the Convention, UNESCO Member States, and relevant international stakeholders are invited to participate in this statutory conference.

N.B., States Parties are urged to ensure their delegations are empowered with full decision-making authority. A form of delegation of authority is attached here to be uploaded to the registration page.

As per customary practice for Category II meetings, the travel expenses and subsistence allowances of participants will be borne by the governments they represent.

To complement and build momentum for COP10, States Parties are encouraged to organize national/regional side events in the framework for the COP10, during the months leading up to October 2025. These events/proposals can be submitted via (https://openagenda.com/en/20th-anniversary-of-the-international-convention-against-doping-in-sport) to showcase national/regional efforts and best practices in promoting sport values, ethics and integrity.

Selected outstanding side events will be invited to exhibit at UNESCO Headquarters during COP10’s cocktail and lunch breaks, which will feature interactive stands to present initiatives, research, and innovations for knowledge-sharing, highlighting national and regional antidoping efforts.
