The 2024 EIOS GTM will take place in the conference facilities of Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Saly, Senegal, located around 27 kilometers from Dakar’s Blaise Diagne International Airport. The welcome ceremony will be hosted at the WHO Regional Emergency Hub in Diamniadio.
FOR WHO FUNDED PARTICIPANTS
Your travel to Senegal and accommodation at Palm Beach Resort & Spa or an alternative accommodation nearby will be arranged and paid for by WHO. Please note that you will be informed of the hotel where you will be accommodated by your travel administrator.
Breakfast and lunch, as well as snacks and refreshments throughout the meeting days, will be provided. You will also receive a daily subsistence allowance (per diem) to cover dinner and other expenses in accordance with WHO travel regulations.
To ensure all necessary travel preparations are implemented smoothly and in a timely manner.
FOR SELF-FUNDED PARTICIPANTS
We recommend you organize your accommodation in one of the hotels that WHO has negotiated hotel rates with or otherwise are in close vicinity to Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Saly. We invite you to complete the online registration form.
