The 41st session of the Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families will take place from Monday, 1 December to Thursday, 11 December 2025 at Palais Wilson, in the First-floor conference room.

During the first week of the session, the CMW Committee will consider:

  • The second periodic report of Mauritania (on Monday, 1 December from 15:00 to 18:00 and Tuesday 2, December from 15:00 to 18:00)
  • The second periodic report of Indonesia (on Tuesday, 2 December from 10:00 to 13:00 and Wednesday, 3 December from 10:00 to 13:00)
  • The second periodic report of Honduras (on Monday, 8 December from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00).

The CMW and CERD Committees will organize a public launch event of their joint General Recommendations/Comments on eradicating xenophobia towards migrants and others perceived as such on Friday, 5 December from 16:00 to 18:00 at Palais Wilson (First floor conference room).

All public meetings of the Committee will be webcast live on the following website: http://webtv.un.org/meetings-events/

For further information, please consult the webpage for the 41st session.

Conference participants will receive a digital badge consisting of their photo, a QR code and the name and date of the conference. The digital badge will be sent to each participant by email once they have been accredited by the conference organizer. Once downloaded to a mobile phone or any mobile device, the digital badge will enable faster entry to the Palais Wilson by dispensing with the time needed to create a ‘physical’ badge. Participants can also print their digital badge and the QR code will work the same way.

On the day of the meeting, properly registered applicants will be required to present their digital badge and a valid passport or government issued ID (with photo) to the Security team at Palais Wilson (52 rue des Pâquis, Geneva, Switzerland). Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
