The fifth Biennial Meeting of the Working Group on Dry Ports will be convened in accordance with article 6(2) of the Intergovernmental Agreement on Dry Ports at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok and online on 12 and 13 September 2023.
The Working Group will consider the implementation of the Agreement and any amendments proposed by the parties. It will also consider issues related to digitalization of rail and multimodal transport involving dry ports. In addition, an enlarged policy segment on digital transformation of rail and multimodal transport operations in North and Central Asia and beyond will be organized on 13 September 2023, in conjunction with the fifth meeting.
