The in-person meeting will be held in Board Room C, on the fourth floor of the C-Building, Vienna International Centre (VIC), which has the capacity to accommodate two delegates for Member States, Holy See, Palestine and the European Union. In order to address the space limitation, an overflow room will be made available in Board Room D, on the same floor of the VIC.
The limited number of seats in Board Room C does not allow stakeholders to attend the meeting in the room. Therefore, stakeholders will be able to observe the meeting in the six official languages of the United Nations in Board Room D, on the fourth floor of the C-Building, VIC. There will be seats reserved with general “Stakeholder” nameplates in Board Room C for when the stakeholders take the floor.
Delegations are invited to indicate which delegates are nominated as online speakers to receive a speaker link. Delegates without an online speaker role are requested to follow the session through the webcast, which will be available in the six official languages of the United Nations, to ensure the optimal functioning of the Interprefy platform.
