The ceramic archetype that brings communities together around a table not only to share a meal, but to serve as a medium of communication and cultural identity.
We come from the other side
In the exhibition, historical conflicts and developments are seen in light of the complex ways in which communities are formed today. By introducing an urgent 'other', 'the other side', the title indicates both a given norm, and perhaps even more clearly, a peripheral zone in which a potential for change is latent.
