Pass & ID office Location: PEACE GATE bis (Place des Nations) dedicated to Conference Participants requiring accreditation. (map)
Please proceed to the PEACE Gate bis in advance (1 hour at least) to get your badge on the first day of attendance to the meeting.

The Pregny Pavilion will be closed due to exterior improvement works slated to start on Monday, 9 October 2023 and will be completed by the end of February 2024, subject to weather conditions.
Effective October 9th, 2023, the Pass and ID Office will operate as follows:
- Peace Gate Bis - Conferences/Events. Opening hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Peace Gate- Visitors and Guided Tours Only. Opening hours 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Pregny Gate- Accessible to Long Term Badge Holders ONLY and those requiring a first time issuance of a Long Term Badge. Opening hours 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
