The IGF’s 19th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for November 7-9, 2023 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, hosted by UNCTAD. The theme for 2023 is Sharing Mining Benefits in the Energy Transition. (programme) 

Venue: Conference Room XVII, Palais des Nations (and online)

Badge issuance and collection:

Pass & ID office Location: PEACE GATE  bis (Place des Nations) dedicated to Conference Participants requiring accreditation. (map)

Please proceed to the PEACE Gate bis in advance (1 hour at least) to get your badge on the first day of attendance to the meeting.

Délivrance et retrait des badges : merci de vous présenter au Portail PEACE GATE bis pour récupérer votre badge le premier jour de présence à la réunion à l'avance (au moins 1 heure).

The Pregny Pavilion will be closed due to exterior improvement works slated to start on Monday, 9 October 2023 and will be completed by the end of February 2024, subject to weather conditions.

Effective October 9th, 2023, the Pass and ID Office will operate as follows:

  • Peace Gate Bis - Conferences/Events. Opening hours 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Peace Gate- Visitors and Guided Tours Only. Opening hours 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Pregny Gate- Accessible to Long Term Badge Holders ONLY and those requiring a first time issuance of a Long Term Badge. Opening hours 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
