If, therefore, the registration button is no longer available on this site, this means that maximum in-person capacity has been reached. Please note that registration is a several-step process: the ‘register’ button on this site will take you through the process, step by step:
- 1st step: if not done yet, create your account in the UN-Indico system and log in (right top corner of this page). Guidance: pdf video;
- 2nd step: register for the event (‘register’ button below on this page)*
- 3rd step: you'll receive a confirmatory email once WHO approves your registration;
In case of any programme change an email will be sent to all registered parties.
*Registration is created separately for each day (due to different daily room capacities). If you intend to attend both days, please register for both, but separately for Friday 21.10 and Saturday 22.10.

CHECK-IN
Check-in will open on Friday 21.10 at 14h00 and on Saturday 22.10 at 07h45.
You can collect the access badge only if your registration was approved in INDICO, 24 hours in advance.
Please collect your badge at WHO main reception as early as possible because check-in facilities are limited. This will avoid long queues.
Please do not bring luggage (suitcases or backpacks) as no locker facilities are available.
