Due to new COVID-19 safety measures in place, it has been possible to accommodate more in-person participants in Boardroom D, Vienna International Center. Seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to the representatives of multi-stakeholders. It is mandatory that the room occupancy does not exceed, at any time, the room seating capacity.
Online participation will be held on Microsoft Teams. Two online speaker connections will be allocated per delegation.

Important information for Member States
An official note verbale issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or an accredited Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York or Vienna containing the Government’s official delegation to the meeting (including names, titles, email addresses and participation modality of the entire delegation) is required to register through Indico. Each delegate is required to attach a copy of the note verbale to her/his registration request in Indico.
