First Global Supply Chains Forum
Transforming Fashion and Construction Supply Chains for Circularity and Chemical Safety
12–13 November 2026
Palais des Nations, Geneva, Switzerland
The Global Supply Chains Forum will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, financial institutions, technical experts, academia, and civil society to exchange knowledge, showcase innovative solutions, and strengthen collaboration towards more circular and chemical-safe fashion and construction supply chains.
Convened under the GEF-8 Integrated Programme Eliminating Hazardous Chemicals from Supply Chains, the Global Supply Chains Forum will bring together policymakers, industry actors, financial institutions, technical experts, and civil society to exchange experiences and advance solutions for more sustainable, circular, and transparent supply chains.
The Forum will feature:
- High-level dialogues and technical sessions on key enabling conditions, including transparency and traceability, policy frameworks, financing mechanisms, and circular business models.
- Showcasing practical solutions and innovations from country projects and global value chain actors.
- A dedicated Sustainable Fashion Presentation, highlighting materials, design approaches, and innovations that reduce hazardous chemicals and promote circularity.
Held immediately prior to the first Global Framework on Chemicals (GFC) International Conference (16-20 Nov), the Supply Chains Forum provides a unique opportunity to connect implementation partners, industry, and innovators with the broader international chemicals and sustainability agenda.
