Kindly note that due to capacity constraints, participation in the High-Level Ministerial session will be as follows: Ministerial level: 1 + 2; Vice-Ministerial: 1 + 1; Rest: 1 + 0. An overflow room will also be available with an audio-feed to enable participants to follow the deliberations of the High-level Ministerial session.
