The Second United Nations High-level Conference of Heads of Counter-Terrorism Agencies of Member States will be convened on 1 and 2 July 2020 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The Conference will be part of the Second Counter-Terrorism Week at the United Nations, including the seventh biennial review of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy and the first ever United Nations Global Congress of Victims of Terrorism. As we commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the United Nations, the Conference will contribute to our collective reflection on the need for reinvigorated multilateral cooperation to address the global challenges facing humanity, including the scourge of terrorism.
