For groups of 15+ persons, reservations are mandatory and should be made in advance.

The Visitors Service must be notified in advance if there is any change to the number of persons expected in the group. If a group is smaller than foreseen and the Visitors Service is not informed, charges for the initial number of participants will apply.
Reservations for groups of less than 15 persons are unfortunately not accepted.
