Guide to participants

Book your accommodation
Kindly note that rooms’ availability is guaranteed for a limited period, so we kindly request you to book accommodation by the deadlines listed for each hotel.
Register for hotel pickup & transfers
Shuttle buses will be provided from Ljubljana Airport either to the selected hotel or to Ljubljana Exhibition and Convention Centre and back.
You will be able to add your transfer details at a later date, if you don’t have your flight details yet

File you will need at hand when you register

You will be asked to upload a profile photo in the registration form. This will be used as your default profile photo in the mobile event app and will be used for registration purposes. You will not be able to submit your registration without this.

Photo requirements

In JPEG, GIF or PNG format
A recent passport size photo (100 x 100 pixels)
Photo must be taken in front of a plain background with a digital camera
Face must fill 70-80% of vertical photo size and must be in the centre of photo
Hats or head coverings are not permitted in the photo, with the exception of religious or medical reasons
