In light of the updated guidance severely limiting in-person meetings as a result of the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the President of the General Assembly decided to cancel all in-person meetings of General Assembly mandated processes in April 2020.
Hence, the Interactive Dialogue on Harmony with Nature will not take place on 22 April 2020.
Pursuant to General Assembly resolution A/RES/74/224, the President of the General Assembly will convene, an Interactive Dialogue on Harmony with Nature on 22 April 2020, commemorating International Mother Earth Day.
Interested stakeholders including NGOs, academia and private sector are invited to apply for participating in the event.
The deadline for registration is 31 March 2020. Due to the limited number of seats, registration alone for the event will not guarantee approval for your participation.
