The President of General Assembly will convene a comprehensive high-level midterm review of the implementation of the Vienna Programme of Action (VPoA) for landlocked developing countries (LLDC's) for the decade 2014-2024 from 5-6 December 2019. 

The event will take place at the United Nations Headquaters in New York, NY. The deadline for registration is 3 November 2019.
