PART I: INFORMATION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS
Registrations, arrival, meeting badges and meeting venue
- Please note that the meeting will be taking place in the CICG, rue Varembé 17
- On your arrival to the meeting, please pass by the registration desk which will be by the entrance of the meeting room to confirm your arrival.
- As the meeting is not happening at the WHO premises, no meeting badges will be issued.
- In case of any problems, please contact the admin focal person, corsinic@who.int
Meeting materials
- Please note that meeting materials will progressively be uploaded to the October SAGE website that you can access through http://www.who.int/immunization/sage/meetings/2018/october/en/.
- The Yellow Book will be available in the above link and hard copies will be available at the meeting venue
PART II. INFORMATION FOR SPONSORED PARTICIPANTS
Hotel Information
The following hotels have been pre-booked for this meeting:

- Hotel Montbrillant

- Hotel Moderne
In order to secure a booking in one of these pre-booked hotels, you are required to fill in the corresponding booking form and send it back to the hotel. Make sure to provide your credit card information as this is a requirement for the confirmation of the booking. A document on detailed information of these hotels has been uploaded to this page (participants documents).
Flight reservations for sponsored participants
- Carlson Wagon-lit Travel is the official WHO/HQ designated travel agent. Make sure to use this agent only. For more details, please see the uploaded participant note.
- Self-Purchased tickets must receive prior WHO approval before a ticket can be purchased. Please contact the admin focal point as corsinic@who.int should you require to proceed this way.
Visas
A sample visa support letter is herewith uploaded. Please download, fill in the missing parts and send back to the admin focal person. Please note that WHO has been advised by the competent Swiss Authority that decision to issue or not the visa to Switzerland lies entirely on the Swiss Embassies. Also we have been informed that visa application and appointment should be done at least 6 weeks before travel time, if this is not respected, the appointment may not be issued.
