Travel arrangements:
Delegates/participants are kindly requested to make their own travel arrangements for both outward and return journeys. Travelers are strongly advised to have their return flights confirmed before departing for Sudan, as onward reservations and deviations may be difficult to obtain at short notice. The Secretariat will provide assistance with travel arrangements during the session, if needed.
Accommodation:
the official venue for the RC65 is AL-Salam Rotana Hotel; however, due to limitation of rooms, participants may wish to arrange for their accomodation at one of the following hotels where UN rates are applicable.

Please note that all foreigners must register their passports upon arrival to hotels, and before checkin. Hotels will handle this matter against a fee.
Participants are kindly requested to complete and submit the registration form not later than 31 August 2018. Representatives and other participants are responsible for settling hotel bills directly with the hotel.
Kindly note that Credit Cards are not accepted in Sudan and payment must be CASH in US dollars.
Transportation:
Transportation will be provided upon arrival and departure and for any official RC65 related events held outside the official venue of the RC65; namely Al Salam Rotana.
