*Registration to attend the opening ceremony is compulsory.
The opening ceremony will be held on Wednsday, 28 February at 12:00 p.m. in the presence of Mr.Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, and Mr.Gennady Gatilov, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Russian Federation to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
