The opening ceremony will be held on Tuesday, 5 December at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of Ms. Zhanar Aitzhanova, Ambassador, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva.
