The opening ceremony will be held on Thursday, 30 November 2017 at 1 p.m. in the presence of Mr. Adrian Cosmin Vierita, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Romania to the United Nations Office in Geneva and other international organizations in Switzerland.
