The UPR Working Group will hold its 36th session from 2 to 13 November 2020 in the Assembly Hall, Palais des Nations, United Nations Office at Geneva, Switzerland. The Webcast will be available in the six official languages of the  United Nations.

Access to the Assembly Hall will be limited to one person per delegation.

Additionally, Room XI and Room XII will be used as spillover rooms for additional delegates and other stakeholders, with the webcast provided in English only.

When there is a large number of persons seeking to participate in a session, the Secretariat may limit the number of accredited participants.

For NGO participants

UNOG Security will issue one generic badge (“floating secondary badge”) for each NGO with representatives registered through INDICO. This specific badge will not indicate the name of the person, but will be associated to the NGO. The badge is not personal, and it can therefore be shared among representatives of the same NGO. It will have to be collected by one NGO representative at Pregny Gate as of Friday 30 October, from 2:00 p.m.

Please note that only representatives wearing their personal badge (either annual/temporary grounds pass or a conference badge) as well as the secondary floating badge, will be able to access the Assembly Hall and Room XII.
