REGISTRATION
All observers, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and national human rights institutions (NHRIs), wishing to attend any sessions of CRPD Committee are required to be duly registered.
ACCREDITATION CONFIRMATION
Participants wishing to register to attend sessions or pre-sessional working groups of any Committees must do so through this unique online platform for accreditation. Pre-sessional working session has only private meetings, for registration link, please contact the Secretariat of the Committee.
Kindly allow two working days for your request to be processed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements relating to travel and accommodations as well as visas to enter Switzerland. OHCHR does not provide assistance in this regard and is not in a position to provide letters to the authorities of Switzerland for purposes of obtaining visas for observers.
GROUP
For any group request, the secretariat of the relevant Committee should be contacted in order to have the approval of registration that will depend of the number of seats available in the conference room at the requested day.
MEDIA ACCREDITATION

For Palais Wilson, journalists(s) and photographer(s) need to obtain media accreditation from UNOG Service. This facilitates their entry to and work in Palais Wilson. The Security service will be check their credentials at the entree.
FILMING IN PALAIS DES NATIONS
As the room where the meeting will take place can become quite crowded, persons taking pictures or videos should limit their movement around the room and avoid filming up-close or behind the committee members. If the room is too full you will need to remain in one or two positions and to possibly use a tripod.
Filming will be facilitated as much as feasible but the smooth running of the sessions must take precedence.
Permission
As the meeting is public, the committee members and the members of the delegation can be filmed. However, if you wish to film anyone apart from the Committee Members, you must get their personal consent, by following accepted journalistic practice.
