If you don't have an account: you first need to create a personal account to be able to register on Indico. Once you have created your personal account, you will receive an activation link by e-mail. Once your account is activated, we will be able to process your registration request and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

How to pick up your badge:

In order to get your badge, please bring the confirmation of registration which includes the QR code, with a valid ID bearing a photograph, and appear in person at the security of Palais Wilson (Street Address: Rue des Paquis, 52 - Geneva).

Please note that if your registration has been approved after Monday 4 March 2019, you will have to go in person to Pregny Gate (Street address: 8 - 14 avenue de la Paix, 1211 Geneva, Switzerland - which is at Palais des Nations - just opposite the ICRC) in order to get your badge. The office hours are 8:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday.

Visas: All participants are responsible for making their own arrangements relating to travel and accommodations as well as visas to enter Switzerland. OHCHR does not provide assistance in this regard and is not in a position to provide letters to the authorities of Switzerland for purposes of obtaining visas for observers.
