Welcome to the Article 6 Technical Expert Review Online Training Session 2026
Pursuant to the training programme for technical experts participating in the Article 6 technical expert review established under decision 2/CMA.3 (annex, chapter V), the secretariat organizes this training on a recurring basis to build and maintain a qualified roster of Article 6 technical expert reviewers. This Article 6 Technical Expert Review Online Training Session is designed to enable nominated experts to improve their understanding of and familiarity with the TER process, and to prepare them to be eligible for participation in the Article 6 TER, including through a joint examination. Building on the experience of previous review cycles, this year's training incorporates the lessons learned from earlier reviews to give participants practical, up-to-date insights into the review process.
The training will be delivered in two parts: online self-paced training modules (21–22 July 2026) and instructor-led virtual sessions (23–24 July 2026). We recommend that you reserve sufficient time to participate fully in both parts.
