Registration of delegations of Member States of the United Nations or members of its specialized agencies, and regional economic integration organizations to the second informal in-person meeting of Heads of Delegation (HODs) to the INC is done on this portal.
Please click on the “Register here” button below to register for the second informal in-person HODs meeting.
The meeting will follow a Head of Delegation + 4 format. Participation therefore includes the designated Head of Delegation, or a designated alternate representative of the Head of Delegation, accompanied by up to four additional delegates.
Each delegate will be required to register individually.
The following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO portal at the time of the registration:
- Copy of the Note Verbale or official letter from the relevant Ministry, or from the Embassy or Permanent Mission. The Note Verbal or official letter must clearly indicate:
- The name and date of the meeting;
- The name of the Head of Delegation, or of the designated alternate representative of the Head of Delegation, as well as of the additional four delegates.
- A passport-size colour photograph (with white, grey, or neutral colour background).
- The passport biographical page.
Please note that the review and verification process of the registrations is not automatic and may take up to a few days, which varies according to the volume of registrations received.
In addition, please be informed that the registration for the second informal in-person HODs meeting and the application for travel support are two separate processes and delegates must have their registration approved before submitting their request for travel support.
The delegates designated to receive financial support are requested to submit an additional application form to apply for funding through INDICO following the approval of their registration by following the second link and the process described in the letter of the Executive Secretary, dated 07 July 2026.
The deadline to register to attend is 6 September 2026, 23:59 East Africa Time.
Note: Registration for, and application for travel support to participate in the ISP-CWP meeting is a separate process. Delegates wishing to participate in the ISP-CWP meeting should contact the Interim ISP-CWP Secretariat directly.
