Operation Sandstone is a three-day immersive joint investigation team (JIT) training developed by the GlobE Network secretariat. It places participants inside a live, evolving cross-border corruption case — working not as observers but as active investigators from three different jurisdictions, facing real legal constraints, real deadlines, and real decisions.
The case is built around a corrupt infrastructure scheme involving inflated government contracts, offshore shell companies, and laundered proceeds. The human cost of that corruption is woven into every stage of the exercise. It is not a backdrop. It is the reason the investigation matters.
