Background
TThe Forum brings together local, regional, and national governments, alongside
United Nations leadership and key stakeholders, in a high-level, action-oriented
dialogue focused on accelerating SDG delivery. It highlights the central role of
multilevel governance and territorial approaches as drivers of sustainable
development, positioning LRGs not only as implementers, but as co-creators of global
policy and essential actors in shaping the future of multilateralism.
Organizers: UN DESA, Global Taskforce of Local and Regional Governments (GTF), UN-Habitat, UNDP and the Local 2030 Coalition.

*The LRGF is open to all those who have valid UN grounds passes to access the UNHQ in New York and to those registered participants of the HLPF. Please, use this form if you are not registered to attend the HLPF (neither have a valid UN grounds pass) and if you would like to request a Special Events Ticket to attend this meeting in person. Please, note that all arrangements for travel, including visas, accommodation, and transportation, are the responsibility of the participants. The United Nations does not charge fees for participation at the event.

- Each participant must submit individual registration requests.
- Submitting registration doesn't guarantee your in-person participation. If your registration is approved, you will receive an approval letter confirming your in-person participation.
