This meeting is being held in Boardroom C at the Vienna International Centre, and is an in-person meeting. Participants with already existing access to the ECS can view the proceedings in the Boardroom via the ECS.
Permanent Missions may register their entire delegation through a single representative, such as any member of the Mission or a designated delegate, by uploading, as part of that representative’s registration, an official Note Verbale (NV) containing the full composition of the delegation. In such cases, the delegation will be considered officially registered on the basis of the submitted NV. No Focal Point is required.
Delegates may nevertheless still register individually if they so wish. Registration is moderated and approved by the Secretariat.
