Registration Instructions for Parents – Daughters’ Day 2026 at VIC
REGISTRATION FOR GROUND PASS TO ENTER VIC
Event Date: Thursday, 23 April 2026
Venue: Vienna International Centre (VIC)
To facilitate access to the Vienna International Centre on the day of the event, the Organization will issue pre‑printed ground passes for all participating girls.
Registration Deadline
Please note the deadline to request a ground pass has been extended to 22 April 2026 at 22:00.
Please note that if you do not register by this deadline, we cannot guarantee timely access to the VIC on the day of the event due to limited staff capacity for processing late registrations.
How to Register
Parents or guardians of participating girls are kindly requested to register via the INDICO platform using the provided link.
When completing the INDICO registration, please prepare the following information required by VIC Security. Please ensure that all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing the ground pass.
- Passport‑style photograph. The photo must meet the specified requirements; otherwise, the request will be rejected. Requirements can be found here.
- Passport or ID document: A copy must be attached to the request.
- First and last name of the participant. The name must match the passport/ID exactly. No special characters are permitted; if applicable, please substitute with standard Latin letters.
- Date of birth
- Validity period of access: select 23 April 2026
- Enter name of your organization
Please note that each participant must be registered using a unique email address. Each registration linked to one email address will receive one access card. If you need to register two girls, please ensure that each is registered with a different email address. To proceed, please create an additional INDICO account using another email address in order to register the second girl.
Pick up of Ground Pass:
To avoid long lines at the entrance on the day of the event, we strongly encourage parents to collect the pass in advance.
Ground pass can be picked up from a Pass Office desk only during the following period:
Monday, 20 April from 10:00 until 12:00
Tuesday, 21 April from 10:00 until 12:00
Wednesday, 22 April from 14:00 until 16:00
If you are unable to collect the ground pass during the times mentioned above, you can pick up the pass on Thursday, 23 April from 08:00 until 09:00. Please note that if you wait until the day of the event to collect the Ground Pass, there may be delays in entering the VIC.
Entering the VIC on Daughters’ Day:
On the event day, please kindly plan your arrival accordingly to allow sufficient time to complete the security procedures at the entrance.
· If the participating girl has a pre‑printed ground pass/badge, she may use any gate for entry, as long as she is accompanied by the responsible adult who has a VIC ground pass. If you enter via Gate 1 – you will need to proceed through the Visitors’ Entrance for the security check.
- If you do not have your pre‑printed badge, you must enter exclusively through the Gate 1 - Visitors’ Entrance. You will need to proceed through the security check and the ground pass can then be collected at the desk near Pass Office.
