[Media] Registration to the Third Part of the Fifth Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for Media Personnel

Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press: print, photo, radio, television, film, news agencies, and online media who represent a bona fide media organization.

Registration for members of the press, as defined above, is limited to ONE (1) representative per media organization. Please use the ‘Register here’ button below.

Please consult the 'Media arrangements and services' section of the INC-5.3 Information Note and then the latest updates on the Media web page before proceeding with your registration. 

The following documents must be uploaded on the INDICO registration form at the time of registration: 

1. A valid press/media ID issued by the government/ media house/ journalists' association.

2. A letter of assignment from the media house the journalist works for, if the journalist does not have a press pass.

3. Links to pieces published over the past 6 months.

4. A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background). 

5. The passport biographical page. 

Deadline to register for media accreditation at INC-5.3 is 16 January 2026, 23:59 East African Time. 

There will be strictly no on-site registration at the CICG venue.
