[UN Entities] Registration to the Third Part of the Fifth Session of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for Observers from UN System Entities

Representatives of Specialized Agencies (FAO, ICAO, IFAD, ILO, IMF, IMO, ITU, UNESCO, UNIDO, UNWTO, UPU, World Bank, WHO, WIPO and WMO) and related organizations (which include CTBTO Preparatory Commission, IAEA, ICC, IOM, OPCW and WTO), as well as from UN Secretariat, funds, programmes, regional commissions, Secretariat of the Multilateral Environmental Agreements administered by UNEP and other UN entities are requested to register through the online registration system INDICO to participate as Observers in the Third Part of the Fifth Session of the INC.

Each UN system entity will be able to register a maximum of ONE (1) representative through the “Register here” button below to participate as an Observer at INC-5.3.

An official email address should be used for registration.

The following documentation and files must be uploaded in the INDICO registration form at the time of registration: 

1. A nomination letter in the organization’s letterhead with the name and functional title of the representative. Organizations are requested to submit the letter in PDF format. 

2. A passport-size colour photograph (with a white, grey, or neutral colour background).

3. The passport biographical page.
