How to register?

If you have already an INDICO account, pleaser register for this event clicking on the "Register now" button below. 

It's your first time using INDICO?
In case this is your first time using INDICO for registering for UN events, you will be required to create an account (go to https://indico.un.org/register/). You will be able to use this account to speed up your registration process in the future. For detailed instructions on how to create an account, please refer to the manual: Indico quick participant guide.

What should I select in the "Representation" section? 

In the registration form, you will be asked to indicate the type of the organization that you represent, selecting from the following drop-down list: 

• Parties (for representatives of the Parties to UNFCCC)

• United Nations Secretariat units and bodies

• Specialized agencies and related organizations

• Intergovernmental organizations (IGOs)

• Non-governmental organizations (NGOs)

• Media 

• Other

Then, you will have to indicate the name of your organization/Party. 

Important! The Intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) categories should only be used by representatives of NGOs and IGOs that have observer status with UNFCCC (see: list of admitted NGOs, list of admitted IGOs). In case your NGO or IGO is not an observer, please select the "Other" category. 

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?  

Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an email notification confirming that you have registered for this event. Subsequently, you will be notified that your registration has been approved by the secretariat. 

How do I receive the link to join the event online? 

The link to join the event will be shared the day before the event.
