REGISTRATION LINK
Flights: Your flights are sponsored by the organization. Please fill in the registration form (link above), providing the necessary details to establish your profile in our database (select the "WHO sponsored participants" option). As the event draws closer, our colleagues will reach out to provide a proposed flight itinerary. After you confirm the itinerary, you will receive your e-ticket.
VISA (if applicable): To ensure a smooth booking process, the registration form will ask whether you require VISA support documents. If needed, we will provide a VISA support letter.
Per Diem: Your per diem will be deposited into your bank account approximately ten days before the event. This allowance is intended to cover accommodation, meals, and incidental expenses. Please use it in a way that best suits your needs during your stay.
Accommodation: A list of hotels near the Hub will be provided for your convenience. You are responsible for making your hotel reservation, so please contact the hotels directly. We recommend booking as early as possible, as availability may be limited.
