Space4Water stakeholder meetings are an opportunity for Space4Water community members to exchange, and collaborate hands on on technical matters to address pressing water challenges by using space-based technologies and data. The meetings strengthen the community of practice in which mutual learning and exchange takes place. Breakout sessions are organised for each existing working group.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES
1 October: Registration deadline for existing Space4Water Community Members
14 September: Application deadline to apply as a stakeholder or Space4Water (young) professional for persons who would like to join and are not yet community members.(see instructions on the event website https://www.unoosa.org/oosa/en/ourwork/psa/schedule/2025/sixth-space4water-stakeholder-meeting.html).
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE MEETING
Indico.UN is the new UN secretariat system for conference and participant management. It is being deployed in all the UN Secretariats' duty stations.
If you don't have an account yet, kindly follow the below user guide to create your Indico.UN profile that will be needed for future events.

2. Now that you have your Indico.UN account, kindly click on the registration button and pick either of the forms available:
Registration for self-funded participants
or
Registration and funding application
Only a limited number of participants from developing countries can be funded. If you/your organization can fund your travels, please do so to allow participants who cannot fund their travels to attend.
Please do not apply to both forms to avoid duplicate registrations.
