Tenth Meeting of the Parties to the Espoo Convention and the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

REGISTRATION

Delegates intending to attend the Tenth Meeting of the Parties to the Espoo Convention and the Sixth Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) are kindly requested to register by 26 October 2026.

To ensure the timely receipt of important correspondence relating to the meetings and to facilitate the secretariat's logistical arrangements, participants are strongly encouraged to register online in advance, regardless of whether they already hold a UNOG Long-Term badge.

Instructions for Indico Registration

Step 1 – Create an Account

If you do not yet have an account, please create one. If you already have an account, proceed directly to Step 2.

1. Access the registration platform using the following link: https://indico.un.org/register/ (please copy and paste the link into a recommended browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
2. Complete the account creation form and click "Confirm".
3. You will receive an email containing an activation link. Click the link to activate your account.
4. Once your account has been activated, you may consult the YouTube video tutorial (link) for guidance on the process.

Step 2 – Register for the Meetings

By this stage, you should have completed and verified your profile in the UNOG Online Registration and Accreditation System (a one-time process).

1. Access the meeting registration page: https://indico.un.org/event/1019423/  (please copy and paste the link into a recommended browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Microsoft Edge).
2. Click "Register now". If you are not already logged in, you will be redirected to the login page where you can enter your username (email address) and password.
3. Complete the registration form and click "Submit".
4. Upon submission, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your registration and indicating that approval is pending.
5. Once the secretariat has processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
