Under the Paris Agreement’s Article 6.2, countries engaging in cooperative approaches must submit detailed reports, which are reviewed through the Article 6 Technical Expert Review (TER) process. Coordinated by the secretariat and guided by CMA decisions, the review ensures transparency and accuracy while remaining nonintrusive and respectful of national sovereignty. This Article 6 Technical Expert Training Session is designed to enable nominated experts to improve their understanding of and familiarity with the TER process, and to prepare them to be eligible for participation in the Article 6 TER process, including through a joint examination.

First, create an account in the system following the steps below:
- Step 1: Go to Indico.un.org.
- Step 2: Enter your email address and click “Send me a verification email”.
- Step 3: Go to your inbox and click the verification link you receive, which will take you to a new page. Please check your spam folder in case you don't receive the email verification link in your inbox.
- Step 4: Complete the “Creating a new Indico profile” form on the new page by filling in all mandatory fields and clicking on “Create my Indico profile”.

Once you have successfully created an account in the system (steps 1-4 above), click "Register Now" to register for the events.
