By signing this form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions below.
As part of your participation in a UNCAP training programme, we may collect personal information such as your full name, contact information, nationality, date of birth, passport or ID copy, gender, professional affiliation, and emergency contact details.
This information is used exclusively for programme administration, including registration, travel and logistics coordination, security clearance, and reporting to donors. Your data will be stored securely using encrypted digital platforms and will only be accessible to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and will be deleted or securely disposed of afterward.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except in cases required by UN security policies or for donor reporting, in which case only anonymized or aggregated data will be used. You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, withdraw your consent, or request deletion at any time by UNC4ISRacademy@un.org.
